Habtamu Molla Belachew holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Bule Hora University (2019) and an M.Sc. in Computer Networks and Communications from Wollo University, KIoT (2023), Ethiopia. He is currently a Lecturer in the Information Technology department at Debark University. His research focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT), computer networking, VANET network architecture, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), wireless computing, network security, cloud and edge computing, SDN, and SD-IoV. His work explores innovative network systems, IoT integration across various sectors, and applying machine learning to network security, contributing significantly to advancements in IoT, SDN, and edge computing. In addition to his research, he is interested in mobile application development, web development, and desktop application development.

Abebaw Agegne received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Debre Tabor University and his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Gondar. He has served as a Lecturer in the Computer Science Department at Debark University for four years, mentoring students who have progressed to higher education and software development careers. He also worked as the department head for three years, contributing to academic and administrative leadership. His research interests include knowledge-based systems, particularly in healthcare, and he has published a paper titled "Development of Knowledge-Based System to Diagnose and Treat Obesity". Additionally, he has submitted more than three manuscripts for publication. Beyond academics, he has actively participated in community service projects for Debark city and the university, showcasing his dedication to societal development and knowledge sharing.
